A right not to be offended? Or are we scared to offend certain parties?

I know it's a general statement and someone who reads is married to one but, seriously. What happened? I'd make fun of them but, shoot, they aren't any worse than we are.

This is just beyond lame. Now, I don't mind Christians being made fun of or offended. Shoot, we give people plenty of material to make fun of. But why the desire not to offend Muslims? Why do they get this special "right?" (Hint: it's how many of them respond).

Don't tell me some artist is courageous because he made a nude, chocolate Jesus or stuck a crucifix in a jar of piss. That takes no guts at all. Any blowback those artists get is just publicity they capitalize on. Shoot, there are large segments of American society that lionize that.

I'm waiting to see an artist depict Muhammad out of chocolate. Or put the Koran in a bucket of piss and call it art. That would border on courage. We saw what happened to the filmmaker who made "Submission."

We've seen how European Muslims react to CARTOONS! of Muhammad.
