Gwyneth and I

Today Gwyneth and I went out again. I decided I wanted to drive over to Robinson Barracks across town. Gwyneth said she knew the way so I said “OK.” I figured, no matter what, I knew her directions back to Patch Barracks were good so no matter how badly I got lost, I’d be able to get back.

It was cool to drive through town. Some obervations:

-Where are all the women? It was about 7 PM but I expected to see more around.

-Germany is so clean. Not sure if it’s a national attitude or just abiding by some harsh laws but at a couple stoplights I looked along the road and couldn’t even find a gum wrapper. So I don’t throw my gum out the window anymore. I put it under the seat.

-Most of the cars look fairly new. No real beat up cars on the roads.

-The few German women on the streets didn’t seem to understand me when I yelled “Shake it for me baby!” Don’t think I’m trying hard enough.

Gwyneth and I ended up getting along quite well today, though my trust in her is still shaken. I don’t trust women too easily and she’s going to have to earn it back.
